Goals

Relational: We can’t operate as a region without a relational touch point. Incite provides us with time to be together. There will be some structured relational time, but the greatest advantage will be the shared experiences that Incite offers.

Educational: One of the best ways we can invest in students is to invest in the missionaries who serve them. Most professions have some form of ongoing education. Our task is too important not to do the same.

There are two primary educational goals:

1) New missionaries are always being added to our ranks, so we want them to have access to the same support material the current veterans had when they started (and better!).

2) We will be seeking input from people outside our normal Chi Alpha circles so that we will be exposed to fresh ideas.
